Can I change a placed order?
Yes, with the help of the login you receive, you can go in and change the order, quantity, item or e.g. ship-to address. Subject to inventory status, etc. 

What are your terms of purchase?
These terms of delivery come into effect between the seller and the customer immediately upon placing an order, whether verbal or written. The seller must inform the customer of these terms on the website and in all order documents. See the page Purchase conditions

I want to return a product I bought, how do I go about it?
If the product is in new condition, we usually take it back, fill in the "Complaint and/or return" form on the website and we will get back to you shortly. Link to the form

How do I know when my products will be delivered?
• If the product is in stock, it is usually shipped on the same day, or the day after with reservations for weekends and public holidays.
• If the product is not in stock, guaranteed lead time applies, or the lead time of the day the order is processed. Delivery dates may vary and appear on the order recognition.
• If desired, select the date in the order mode or make a note in the comments section.
