The "Smooth top" load shifter - Not only stylish but practical too!
Smooth top is one of the swap bodies in the "Traffic White" series. This Volvo is based on a real truck and is equipped with a JOAB hook. It is important to note that many of the products (or similar variants) are also available for other models and brands.
Smooth Top has several Alf Pettersson AB products fitted: top cover with slope for easy access even with load, as well as bogie boxes that blend in with both our side skirt, TraXide and top cover.
The integration box has a pull-out part with a hole pattern as a tool panel and is also equipped with a sliding and removable insert box with a corresponding hole pattern - practical and flexible for small parts.
The standing cabinet behind the cab has both a heater and a light strip, which is automatically switched on and off via a sensor when opening and closing.

With high-quality stainless steel and a stylish design, AP TraXide is an obvious choice for Volvo trucks that lack factory skirt packages. AP TraXide consists of easy-to-install side skirts that are attached directly to the truck's original planking and have ends shaped to follow the lines of the fenders.
The TraXide can be ordered with or without a recess for LCS (Lane Change Support), and all side skirts are supplied unpainted in bright stainless steel.
Brackets are included in the delivery for smooth and easy installation. They are pre-assembled in the correct positions and evenly distributed along the side. The brackets consist of two parts: one that is mounted in the side panel and one that is attached to TraXide.

AP Box Integration is a handy toolbox that is mounted behind the original Volvo or Scania side skirt, or alternatively behind our TraXide. Our integration boxes with front hatches provide extra storage space and optimize the space without affecting the skirt's aerodynamics. This helps to keep fuel consumption down.
This version has a front drawer that opens using two pull handles. The drawer is mounted on high-quality telescopic rails that can withstand loads of up to 200 kg. The sides of the drawer are perforated like a tool panel.
The boxes are supplied complete with brackets for mounting with the original side skirt.
Excluding brackets and hinges (between drawer back and frame).

Mounted on the "Smooth top" you will find a new variant in the range, adapted to fit together with our top cover and original side skirt or TraXide. The lid has a box opening and is slightly sloping, to facilitate opening even with a load.
