Health year, follow-up, VT and before HT

Let's continue!
For the fall and second half of the year, we are now doing a small follow-up of the spring semester "The Year of Health 2025".
Join us and influence - how do we continue to make 2025 better?

In 1948, the concept of "health" was defined by the World Health Organization, WHO in part:
"a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being".

Why are we doing this survey?
We are doing this follow-up to continue to shape the next half of the year even better. We will of course take previous answers and the new answers with us to try to create activities etc. based on both surveys. If you have any questions, please contact VAB or CS.

Your thoughts and contributions are important to us so that we can make it even better! Thank you in advance! The answers are anonymous and will be sent to HR, who will then compile all the answers so that together we can get as good a 2025 as possible.

    Have there been good health activities so far, what has been good?

    Have you had an 'aha' moment? and/or something you learned?

    Have you made any changes to your health in the last six months? If yes, what? If no, why not? What would you need to make a change for the better?

    Is there anything you feel has been missing this semester?

    Is there any other activity you would like to try/do (that could be suitable for everyone) or something you would like to immerse yourself in more?

    What can we do to make the Year of Health even better?

    What could we change at APAB to contribute to better health? Are there small changes you see that don't have to cost much?
