Health survey for 2025

Have your say next year, is there anything we can do to make your 2025 better?

In 1948, the concept of "health" was defined by the World Health Organization, WHO in part:
"a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being".

"Everyone wants good health, but we often mean different things. For some, it means being healthy. For another, it means being able to function in everyday life and, for example, to work."

Why are we doing this survey?
So that we don't just blow things out of our noses - but instead can adapt as much as possible to what YOU actually want to do or learn.

As a continuation of the health survey that we are conducting this fall, it fits perfectly to focus on just that - Health (and what it is?) - during next year. This will be a continuation of the "monthly fix", but with different activities.
For those of you who actually want help to change but don't know how, or, just fun activitiesfor those who want to socialize with colleagues a bit.

Your contribution is important to us and we look forward to many thoughts and ideas! Thank you in advance! (deadline 11 November) Responses are anonymous and will be sent to HR, who will then compile all responses so that together we can have the best 2025 possible.

What do you do in your everyday life to feel good/better? (everyday things, e.g. always have dinner with my spouse, go to bed on time, get up 30min earlier to have a coffee in peace, etc...)

What hobbies/activities make you feel good? (e.g. forest walks, chopping wood, shopping, gardening, gym, etc...)

What is health for you? - (remember: "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being")

Is there any specific (health-related) activity you would like to try? (E.g. Play guitar, dance bug, try crossfit, play role-playing games (dungeons and dragons/Eon), draw with charcoal, yoga... Etc. Etc.)

Is there anything you would absolutely not want to do/test?

What would you like to learn more about? For example.

    stressFood/NutritionSleep, recovery and mental healthMovement/exerciseNature
Other, please describe below: (other thoughts we can take with us, to make us and those around us feel better)

What is your best health tip? (preferably small simple tips that lead to better health, e.g. "put down the phone when eating", "be outside in nature", "take 10 deep breaths")

What would make you more interested/motivated in health? (remember that health also includes social well-being)
