LFG spring meeting in Alingsås

LFG's spring meeting in Alingsås - focus on skills supply and future

On May 8-9, Alf Pettersson AB hosted the Truck Group's (LFG) spring meeting, where the theme of the days was clear: Skills supply and future. Two intensive days filled with insights, inspiration and valuable exchange of experience.

On Thursday, Jan Andersson from IUC gave an engaging talk on skills supply - one of the most topical issues in the industry right now. Karl-Anton Pettersson and Karl Murgård from Triathlon also offered an exciting look into the future that gave a perspective on the industry's development.

The day also included an appreciated company visit to Alf Pettersson AB, where participants were given a guided tour of the entire production. Jan-Krister Johansson and Alf Pettersson started the visit with a company presentation that gave a good insight into the business.

The evening ended with a nice dinner together before the meeting continued on Friday with a study visit to Volvo Trucks and their plant VTEX in Gothenburg. There, the participants got to take part in both presentations and demo runs of Volvo's products.

LFG is an important trade organization for actors in the trucking industry. Read more about their work on the LFG website.

Many thanks for the visit!
